Healing involves the channelling of universal energy through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient. Healing is a natural, non-invasive holistic approach that has the intention of promoting self healing, to bring a sense of well being and peace to the recipient. Healing is carried out in the presence of the client and may involve the laying of hands on the body, or the hands may be held off the body. Healing does not involve massage or manipulation.
Healing is not associated with any particular denomination or belief system. There are various branches of healing including: “Spiritual Healing”, “Reiki Healing” and various forms of “Energy Healing”. All treatments aim to utilise one’s own resources to restore balance: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Healing can be used as a preventative measure or as a complementary treatment in any healing process.
